I decided to become a personal trainer and start my own training business Built by Nat, because I am on a mission to empower individuals by motivating and helping them achieve their fitness goals. I love to help others and with all the knowledge I have gained through schooling, my personal experience with my fitness journey, and just the knowledge I have learned from others, I feel that I can help so many individuals reach their fitness goals with the guidance and coaching I offer. In my experience, the mental side of health is just important as the physical side. As someone who has dealt with depression and anxiety, I understand what it’s like and have learned to utilize working out as my therapy. I like teaching my clients how to do the same! Consider me like a life coach.
Having previous injuries on my shoulders, I’ve undergone surgery and physical therapy. I understand how to work around injuries without getting hurt, and can help provide assistance with practicing certain exercises and stretches to strengthen.
