I’m Anna Rivers, a fitness enthusiast turned fitness professional with a passion for helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. While I wasn’t athletic as a child or teen, I discovered my love for fitness at 18 and have made it a priority throughout my life.

My fitness journey has taken me through various stages of life, from college and marriage to motherhood and a career as a social worker. Now, in my 50s, I’m more dedicated than ever to maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle.

I’m a NASM-certified personal coach with experience in both one-on-one training and group fitness instruction. I’ve taught a variety of formats, including:
