Hey guys how’s it going, This is Alberto Personal trainer here at Self Made Chino Hills. I am open to those individuals in need of that extra helping hand when it come towards their fitness & health goals. Iv’e personally have been within this industry for the past 3 years helping young individuals, new beginners to intermediate individuals, as well as parents whom work as a team. One of my specialized roles as a trainer are weightless and recomposition. I’ve helped dozens of individuals drop as much as 90lb in a span of year. In addition I specialize with athletes with emphasis on Powerlifting & strength training. You can refer to me as the weightloss transformations/specialist. I look for individuals who want to transform themselves into the best version yet; I need your time, and commitment to make it happen as a team.
