Hello! My name is Marianne. I began my fitness journey since 2014. I remember being so unhappy with my body, the way I looked and how I felt. I struggled with binge eating and drinking, which lead me to become overweight and tired all the time. I knew I had to make a change, if I wanted to do better. A new gym opened up in my area and I immediately signed up. I had friends who already had been working out for years and they taught me the basics with weight lifting and nutritional meal plans. I’ve learned so much over the years and continue to keep learning and growing. Since then, I have lost 35 pounds and able to keep it off.
