I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2021, which provided me with an extensive understanding of the human body, anatomy, physiology, and the importance of nutrition for optimal health and performance.

I’ve been an athlete all my life, participating in various sports and activities. After high school, I realized how much I missed the opportunity to work out and began personal training, which has been a transformative experience for me.
