Hello! My name is Michael Bell, and I’m a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Self Made Chino Hills. I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives through strength training and conditioning.

My Background

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. Since college, I have helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals. As a Strength and Conditioning coach at Diamond Bar High School, I worked with youth athletes to improve performance, strength, and mental toughness.
