I’m KBell , a mental health and wellness coach, and an ISSA personal trainer at Self Made Training Facility in Chino Hills. It feels so good to be back home! I’ve lived here my whole life, and now I’m ready to connect with all my Mama friends in the community.

I offer one-on-one coaching, mommy and me classes, couples trainings, group fitness, senior fitness and my favorite, the women’s challenges!
