So a little background…After much time working in the nightlife and hitting rock bottom in what seemed in all aspects of life, I discovered my true calling in fitness and later in bodybuilding. This journey ignited a passion for competing, leading me to become the first American wellness competitor to compete in the division,and eventually,becoming an IFBB Pro. I have over 8 years of experience, training and learning under some of the best coaches in the sport and industry. I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients achieve diverse goals – from weight loss and strength training to creating personalized meal plans and coaching in bodybuilding and lifestyle transformations. Come from a long history of athletics,
I discovered fitness as an outlet from a lifestyle that was not serving me. I know what it feels like to be new to the gym, to not feel good enough, dealing with negative self talk… but I’ve built the confidence along the way to take my mind and body past my limiting beliefs.
