Michael Bell – Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach
Hello! My name is Michael, and I am a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach at Self Made Chino Hills.
I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton. Since college, I have helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals. As a Strength and Conditioning coach at Diamond Bar High School, I worked with youth athletes to improve performance, strength, and mental toughness. My specialties are program design, strength training, athletic performance, and hypertrophy training.
My favorite quote is, “Every wall is a door.” This quote embraces my philosophy: to face every hurdle in life rationally and head-on. Obstacles are intimidating; however, they pose a challenge to strengthen us, creating a door toward our success. Everyone has the strength to reach their goals; however, some people just need guidance here and there–haha! I love guiding clients to a stronger, healthier version of themselves.
