Hi, I’m Jesus Soto, and I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist.
For the past 3 years, I have been helping clients reach their health and fitness goals. I have worked with youth and college athletes, competitive powerlifters and bodybuilders. I specialize in strength and conditioning, weight loss, hypertrophy and lifestyle coaching.
I focus on developing personalized programs for each of my clients, taking into account their individual goals, circumstances, and preferences.
