Sebastian Street – Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m Sebastian, a personal trainer and weight loss specialist. I specialize in strength and conditioning, as well as lifestyle coaching.
My passion for health and fitness started when I was in high school playing football. I was a die-hard gym fan, and believed that through nutrition and dedication, I could reach my highest potential. That was the foundation for my career in fitness.
My focus is to help people reach their own unique health goals – from weight loss to strength gain to improved performance. Everyone is different, and I am able to create tailored plans best suited to each individual’s needs. I provide knowledge and guidance on the best workouts, lifestyle changes, and nutrition advice to help clients reach their desired fitness goals.
I am a qualified personal trainer with many years of experience in the fitness industry. After obtaining my Personal Training Certification from ACE Fitness in 2020, I furthered my education with certifications in corrective exercise, nutrition, med ball training and HIIT training.
My style of personal training is focused on delivering high quality training sessions that will push clients out of their comfort zone but also be enjoyable. My passion for health and fitness is contagious and I believe in empowering clients to achieve their goals. I also strive to boost clients self confidence as well as mood and energy levels.
I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from professional athletes to corporate execs, and I strive to provide the best services for all of my clients.
