Marianne Guzman – Personal Trainer

Hello! My name is Marianne. I began my fitness journey since 2014. I remember being so unhappy with my body, the way I looked and how I felt. I struggled with binge eating and drinking, which lead me to become overweight and tired all the time. I knew I had to make a change, if I wanted to do better. A new gym opened up in my area and I immediately signed up. I had friends who already had been working out for years and they taught me the basics with weight lifting and nutritional meal plans. I’ve learned so much over the years and continue to keep learning and growing. Since then, I have lost 35 pounds and able to keep it off. My love and passion for fitness and health is something I never take for granted anymore. If I can change my life to a healthier and balanced lifestyle, I know you can too!

I have obtained my degree in 2021 with a bachelors degree of nursing. Therefore I have spent an extensive amount of time learning and educating myself about the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Therefore, I believe it is important to know the muscles and how to target them during our workouts. I also spent an extensive amount of time learning about the nutritional aspect of working out. It’s important to fuel your body with nutritious foods so that you are able to perform and improve your health overall. A little bit about me: I’ve been an athlete all my life since I was a child. I’ve done all the sports, you name it and I probably have done it. Once high school ended I realized that I missed the opportunity to workout so I started to get personal training and it has changed my life. I want to be able to give that opportunity back to others and help them stay accountable and motivated. Yes, I want my girls to look amazing and get the confidence that they deserve. But I also want to make sure you are healthy internally also. I’m here to help others and to give the knowledge I have received so that I am able to make a difference in someone else’s life.
