Hi! My name is Lydia and I have been on my journey with health and fitness since 2018 . I have gained so much knowledge on weight loss, nutrition, muscle gain and much more . I fell in love with what fitness did for me not only physically but also mentally! One of my main Goals as a fitness coach is to help my clients push past their limits and to unlock their unlimited potential so that they may apply that not only in the Gym ,but in other areas of their life.
