What’s up! My name is Joseph Sena. I’ve been serving the West Covina and now Diamond Bar/Chino Hills area as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Master Personal Trainer for over 14 years. I absolutely love my career in fitness as helping others achieve their specific fitness goals is the most rewarding and fulfilling “job” I could imagine. This experience allows me to quickly assist my clients in identifying their specific fitness goals and efficiently design a program that will get them there.
My Specialties are:
Program Design for Movement Efficiency: I do a comprehensive movement assessment and design a specialized program based how your body moves that works with your biomechanics. You will notice a marked improvement in your resting and active posture as well as experiencing less or even no pain on a daily basis in your daily activities.
Body Transformation: We will build your program from where you’re at physically and progress you through various intensity levels in order to achieve the ideal body fat and weight loss you set as your goal. No matter if you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, we can take you to the conditioning level you desire.
Aging Populations: I have logged thousands of hours training clients aged 55 and up to over 80 years old. I have vast experience in helping clients who are dealing with arthritis, high blood pressure, back surgeries, knee/hip replacements, osteoarthritis, and various other common ailments to help you live your best life for as long as you can.
Building Muscle for young men and women: I teach you the basic body movements to help you develop the vital “mind-muscle connection” in order to help you build muscle as fast as possible. By building the right foundation, you will see faster progress and add muscle faster than you thought possible!
